Market street senior living.  Historic renovation and  master plan</title><content type='html'>&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Intelligent Line A+D was retained to complete a full service historical renovation and new master plan for three buildings originally built in 1920 and presently on the historical register. &amp;nbsp;The project is partially funded by state and federal historic tax credits as well as programs for low income seniors. &amp;nbsp;It will provide over 60,000 square feet of completely new interiors and and retrofitted exteriors, as well as a master plan for the entire block. The development is modeled after a small town center. Shops for hair, gifts, clothes, a gym, and spa are pushed to the outside of the building to create a mixed use community intertwined with the care facility. The interior becomes a group of small villages where one can meander from shop to community and back home in just a short stroll. This active and connected approach to the plan carries through in the color and space of the project. margin-top: 0px;"&gt;This is a fun space, and was a great challenge to work on! &amp;nbsp;The food, atmosphere great, and the opening went perfectly! &amp;nbsp;The space used ash millwork and white leather to create some architectural interest, while including the Hard Rock necessities: Neon guitar strings, plenty of rock history, and t-shirts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-left: 1em;
